
Dark chocolate.....healthy for you. I found this out a few years ago that dark chocolate is pretty good for you. Dark chocolate is my favorite kind of chocolate.
Dark chocolate is good for your heart. It lowers cholesterol and keeps your heart and cardiovascular system running well. All you have to do is eat a small(fun sized) bar of dark chocolate every day, that's it. One more thing I also read that avacado is an anti-aging thingy.
